Orders will be shipped within 3-7 business days via UPS (insurance and tracking is included).
If an order will be shipped past 7 days of purchase, you will be notified.
If your order hasn't arrived after two weeks, please contact us and we will look into the details.
In the unexpected event you are unhappy with your Little Shop of Jewels purchase, you must contact us within 7 days from date of delivery for a full refund. After the 7th day of delivery, purchases can be returned for credit only.
If you need to return an item for a different size or item, we will issue you a store credit once your return is received and processed. The store credit can then be used to repurchase the correct size or item needed at your convenience.
Returned merchandise must be in original, new condition. Original packaging must also be included. A partial refund will be issued if returns do not meet the return policy.
Please be aware that sale items, exchanged items, custom orders, special orders and altered or sized items are final sales and may not be returned or exchanged.
Gift cards purchases are final sale.
Customers are responsible for any and all return shipping fees - no exceptions.
All inventory is subject to price change at anytime. We do not allow price adjustments.
All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment.
